Application Process

Thank you for your interest in the University of Wisconsin Radiation Oncology Residency Program. We hope you will find our website helpful and informative as you go through the process of selecting and applying for a residency program.

Applications are accepted through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)

Your application should include the following:

• Curriculum Vitae
• Personal Statement
• Transcripts
• Board Examination Scores
• Three Letters of Recommendation

Applications submitted through ERAS are reviewed holistically, and selected candidates are invited to interview based on their application materials. Interviews take place in December and January and provide applicants the opportunity to meet with our clinical faculty, connect with current residents, and learn more about the training experience at our institution. Interviews for the 2026-2027 recruitment season will be conducted in person.
