Application Process
Thank you for your interest in the University of Wisconsin Radiation Oncology Residency Program. We hope you will find our website helpful and informative as you go through the process of selecting and applying for a residency program.
Applications are accepted through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
Your application should include the following:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- Transcripts
- Board Examination Scores
- Three Letters of Recommendation
We review all applications received through ERAS by our deadline of Oct. 18 and issue invitations to interview based on the application materials submitted. Interviews are conducted in December, and January. The schedule for the interview day includes interviews with our clinical faculty as well as time with our residents. Interviews will be conducted in person during the 2026-2027 year.
